Items Furnished: A very popular vacation rental with some ocean views and just a few steps to the Beach Access path. The Hot Tub is on the Ocean side to the large wrap around deck with the propane BBQ. This is a reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living area on the upper floor to take advantage to of the water views. The open floor plan includes the living room, kitchen and dining area with sliders to the Hot Tub Deck. Wood stove cable TV, VCR/DVD player. There are two bedrooms and one bath on each level. They are full baths which have recently been remodeled. Fully appointed kitchen with the appropriate cookware, dishes, and dishwasher. Other Vacation rentals are in the neighborhood.
