Items Furnished: A complete remodel of this home was accomplished in 2010. Everything remains fresh and new. There are Ocean and Mountain views and just a few blocks to Public Beach Access. Two Covered decks on the Ocean side of the home, one with the propane BBQ. This is a reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living area on the second floor which open to the large deck which has a pic nic table. The Penthouse Master Suite with large parlor is on the third floor with slider to the large covered deck to the Ocean Views.
